Services - Design and Mold Manufacturing

Equipped with in-house design facility using 3D tools like pro-E. We have expertise in product design and rapid proto typing. We are supported by associates for conducting mold flow analysis.

We specialize ourselves in Injection Molds , Die Cast Tools and Press tools upto 750 x 750 mm size with average lead times being 6 weeks for manufacturing. The molds are manufactured on CNC machines with ATC's, supported with CAM systems and run by trained operators. We adopt stringent quality checks at every stage of mold making and samples are sent to customers with detailed inspection report for approval. Customer molds are maintained periodically and mold history cards preserved.

The moulds are manufactured using the following Raw materials.

Mold Base - HDS , C45

Core & Cavity - Stevax ESR , Orwar Supreme with vaccum hardening
