Equipped with Vertical Machining Centre, EDMs, Surface Grinders and Conventional Machines
Capability to Manufacture Inj Molds and Die Cast Molds up to 750 X 750mm in size.
Capacity to manufacture 4 to 6 Molds per Month.
Average Lead times are 6 to 8 weeks.
The Design team is equipped with Solid Works , Plastic mold advisor and Cam Software.
We have separate tooling teams working on new moulds and for maintenance of the running moulds.
Customer Supplied Molds are maintained periodically and Tool History Cards preserved
Capability to manufacture Hot tips , Hot sprue Molds.
