Injection Molding

•   Equipped with 27 state of the art Molding machines of makes Nissei , Engel, Cincinnati , Haitian ,
          Toshiba & Kawaguchi.
•   Range from 50T – 500T.
•   All machines are equipped with De humidifiers and Mold temperature controllers.
•   All machines are with Bi metallic Screw and Barrel specializing in molding of clear and aesthetically
           critical parts.
•   Special machines to process material up to 450 deg melt temperature.
•   Equipped with In house Screen Printing , Pad Printing and Ultrasonic Welding facilities.
•   Consumes around 2000MT of Plastic raw material per annum.
•   “Class 100000” Clean Room Facility.
