The engineers are selected from reputed institutions like CIPET ( Central institute of Plastic technology) a premiere institute in India for Plastic Engg. and NTTF for Tool Makers. Each employee undergoes continues training in Manufacturing and Quality techniques , TQM and 5S concepts , Leadership skills , etc. The average experience of each employee is 5 years in respective field.
